How is this product made?
All of my orders are handmade with cardstock, vinyl, cotton t-shirts, Acrylic., different kinds of wood, everything I offer I cut with my cutting machine and I proceed to handmade it. Every item is costumed made.
How do I care for my product?
T-shirts, Onesies These items are customized with high quality, permanent vinyl and are made to withstand normal use as well as hand washing. Not to be confused with sublimation (a type of heat transfer printing)
A care card or care sticker are sent with every order.
I need to change my shipping address. What do I do?
Yes . Please contact me 24 hours after placing your order. As long as it hasn't shipped, we can update it to the current address.
My item arrived damaged. Now what?
Please contact me within 24 hours of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
I am unhappy with my order. Now what?
Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to come up with a solution. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will assure expectations of size, color, etc. Due to all orders being personalized, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
